1. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund fees already paid unless required by law or stated in your order form.
2. Trials
Trial terms will be shown at signup. If payment details are required for a trial, the plan may convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
3. Refunds
Business subscriptions and one-off repo audits are generally non-refundable once the audit has started or the billing period has begun, unless required by law, agreed in writing or caused by a material failure of the Service.
4. Consumer rights
If you use the Service as a consumer rather than a business, mandatory consumer cancellation rights may apply. If digital services begin immediately with your consent, cancellation rights may be affected.
5. Billing errors
Contact support@multivohub.com within 30 days of an invoice if you believe there has been a billing error.
