1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Harmonia Repo Ready, including the website, dashboards, API, reports, repo analysis, integrations and related services.
By creating an account, using the service, submitting a repository or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Harmonia Repo Ready provides AI-assisted repository audit, software product-readiness analysis, security-readiness signals, architecture mapping, frontend-backend consistency checks, deployment review and prioritised remediation suggestions.
The Service does not replace independent professional engineering, legal, security, compliance or financial advice.
3. Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
- You must promptly notify us of unauthorised access or suspected compromise.
- We may suspend access where we reasonably believe security, abuse, non-payment or legal risk exists.
4. Repository access and customer content
You may connect repositories, upload source code, provide configuration files, documentation, logs, metadata, prompts or other material. This is your “Customer Content”.
You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Content solely to provide, secure, improve and support the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy and AI & Data Processing Notice.
5. AI-generated outputs
The Service may produce audit reports, readiness scores, risk summaries, remediation plans, issue descriptions, comments or other outputs. Outputs are informational and may be incomplete, inaccurate or require human review.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on outputs. Do not deploy changes, disclose reports or make commercial decisions based solely on automated output without appropriate human review. Apparently humans still have a role. Disturbing, but useful.
6. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the Service to attack third-party systems, scan repositories you do not have authority to analyse, upload unlawful material or attempt to bypass platform limits or security controls.
7. Plans, fees and payment
Paid plans, trial periods, usage limits, credit limits, renewal terms and fees will be shown at checkout or in an order form. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge applicable fees.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellation rights are described in the Refunds and Cancellation Policy. Business subscriptions may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in an order form.
9. Confidentiality
Non-public repositories, reports, credentials, security findings and business information are confidential. Each party must protect the other party’s confidential information using reasonable care.
10. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect the Service. No system is perfectly secure. You remain responsible for repository permissions, secrets management, deployment decisions and access governance.
11. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with GitHub, GitLab, cloud providers, payment processors, analytics services, AI model providers and other third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
12. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service, software, design, trademarks, documentation, models, workflows and platform materials. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, scrape or exploit the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
13. Beta features
Beta, preview or experimental features may be changed, withdrawn or limited at any time. They may be less reliable than general-availability features, which is corporate language for “do not build your entire civilisation on this yet.”
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every vulnerability, defect, misconfiguration, dead file, deployment blocker or architectural issue will be detected.
15. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, data loss, business interruption or deployment failure.
Our total aggregate liability will be limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different cap is stated in an order form or required by law.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach, non-payment, security risk, legal requirement or discontinuation of the Service.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless an order form states otherwise. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms.
